Terms of Service
Updated October 16, 20261. About Alokumi and who may use it
Alokumi ("Alokumi", "we", "us") provides software that turns a liquidity-provision strategy you describe in your own words into an automated agent for Meteora DLMM pools on Solana. These Terms govern your use of the Alokumi website, application and documentation. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. The service is currently offered as a public beta.
You must be of legal age where you live and able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the service if you are located in, a resident or national of, or acting for anyone in: the United States; mainland China; Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic or Luhansk People's Republic regions; or any other jurisdiction where the service is prohibited; or if you or your wallet appear on a sanctions list. You are responsible for making sure that using this service is lawful where you are. We may restrict access, including by region or wallet, where required.
2. Your account
You can sign in with Telegram or a Solana wallet signature. Email and Google sign-in are no longer supported. Connecting Telegram notifications alone does not link Telegram as a sign-in method; link it in your account's Sign-in methods settings first. Keep your login methods and devices secure; actions taken through a validly authenticated session are treated as yours. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. During the beta each account may keep a limited number of agents and a daily allowance of AI calls; the application shows the current limits.
3. How the service works
You write a strategy prompt. The service reads it, shows you the elements it understood, and compiles hard boundaries (for example total budget, maximum concurrent positions, stop-loss, maximum holding time). An agent then runs in one of three modes: Watch (scans pools and sends alerts; never trades), Simulation (trades virtual funds against real market data; results are estimates), or Live (trades real funds held in your own Vault).
Within your boundaries an AI model chooses pools, ranges and timing and may decide to do nothing. Deterministic platform rules and a separate policy layer can always refuse an action, and protective exits (stop-loss, price stop, maximum holding time, unsafe token, your own close request) are executed by rules the AI cannot veto. A triggered exit is not a guaranteed price: positions are checked roughly every minute and fast markets can fill far below a stop line. Trial runs, replays, simulations and estimates are not promises of results. We do not guarantee that any opportunity will be found, any action will be executed, or that the service will be continuously available.
4. Your Vault and your funds
Live funds are held in an on-chain Vault created and owned by your wallet (Solana program B2zdd56urxgCWBoUKiaot1wT68rX1uqQ5oor4CyFwMZY). Alokumi never holds your private keys. Only your owner wallet can withdraw principal. Alokumi's keeper can open, rebalance and close positions and swap tokens inside your Vault only within limits enforced by the program, and risk-adding actions also require an on-chain co-signature from Alokumi's policy service. You can pause the Vault, disable the keeper, close positions yourself and withdraw at any time, including if Alokumi is unavailable.
The Vault program is an unaudited test deployment. Its upgrade authority is held in a Squads multisig, so the program could be changed through that multisig; configuration changes such as fee rates go through a 48-hour on-chain timelock. Bugs in the program, in Meteora, in Jupiter, or a compromised upgrade key could cause loss of funds. Only deposit amounts you can afford to lose entirely.
5. Fees and costs
Alokumi takes a share of the liquidity-provider fees your positions actually claim, never of principal: currently up to 8%, lower for pools with lower base fees, as shown in the application before you create a Vault. The share is skimmed on-chain at each claim and is charged even if the position as a whole lost money. The rate applied is the lowest of the rate you accepted when creating your Vault, the current platform rate and the pool tier; it can only change within the rate you accepted, after a 48-hour on-chain timelock.
You also pay Solana network costs from your own rent reserve: account rent for positions (refunded on close), rent for new price-range accounts (not refunded), about 0.004 SOL for the Vault account (not currently refundable through the web app), and reimbursement of transaction fees the keeper fronts (capped on-chain at 0.01 SOL per Vault per day). Swaps incur price impact and slippage up to the limits you set. Watch and Simulation modes are free during the beta.
When you open a position from an opportunity card with your own wallet and a token swap is needed, or exit such a position with swap-back, Alokumi adds a platform fee of 0.2% of the swapped amount to that swap through Jupiter (only when one side of the swap is SOL, USDC or USDT). It is shown before you sign and already included in the quoted output. Opening and closing themselves carry no Alokumi fee.
6. Referral program
Each account has its own referral code and link. If you sign up with someone's code before creating your first Vault, a discount of 25% of the platform fee (for example 8% becomes 6%) is written into each of your Vaults by the keeper; the program only allows it to be raised, never lowered. The person who referred you earns 20% of the platform fee actually collected from your Vaults after you were referred. Both apply without a time limit for as long as the service operates. There is one level only: no rewards for people your referrals invite.
Referrer rewards are valued in US dollars at the time they are recorded and paid weekly in USDC to the referrer's default bound Solana wallet once at least 5 USDC is due; smaller amounts carry over. A referral can only be bound once and cannot be changed. Self-referral (including through accounts or wallets you control), fake accounts, and other abuse are not allowed; we may withhold or reverse unpaid rewards and close accounts involved in abuse, fraud or sanctions violations. We may change the referral terms for future referrals with notice; discounts already written into your Vault remain.
7. Risks
Concentrated liquidity can lose money through price moves and impermanent loss; positions out of range earn nothing; many high-fee pools hold new or small tokens that can fall to near zero within minutes and lose their liquidity. AI decisions can be wrong. External services (Solana RPC, the AI model provider, Jupiter, Meteora data) can fail, in which case agents skip rounds and positions may not be managed promptly. Broadcast blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. Past, simulated or replayed results do not indicate future performance. Nothing on Alokumi is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. See the Risks & fees page in the documentation for details.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering or market manipulation; interfere with, probe or overload the service or other users; circumvent limits, quotas or security controls; automate account creation; or submit assets or data you are not entitled to use. We may refuse instructions and restrict access to protect users, the service or to comply with law.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop your agents and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, security risk, eligibility or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service. Suspension never prevents you from withdrawing from your own Vault with your owner wallet; on-chain operations already broadcast may still complete. We keep records required for security, accounting and dispute handling as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Alokumi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by market movements, blockchain or third-party protocol behaviour, AI decisions within the boundaries you set, or your own wallet security; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the application or on this site before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them. Questions, complaints and notices: [email protected]. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
